Our clients approached us with a very specific design in mind but also, with a property in the Perth hills that had a fall of land over the build space of approximately 6m and reactive soil. Having received advice from varying sources, they were of the belief they could only achieve their dream home by first carrying out earthworks that couldn’t possibly fit within their budget.

Knowing what we do every day with our pole home construction methods, our design team went about creating a split-level design of home that not only created the desired physical appearance, but worked with the contours of the property. A cost effective home was created that now stands at 5.6m out of ground.
