WA's Largest Registered Stump and Pole Home Builder

We build on sites where others won’t, our elevated builds save you time money and earthworks.

Who is Milford Homes

Western Australia’s True and Largest Registered Stumped and Pole Home Builder.

At Milford Homes, we specialise in building on all types of sites including challenging, sloping blocks. Our flexible designs allow us to tailor each home to suit the land and the lifestyle of our clients, whether it’s elevated on durable timber poles to minimise earthworks or built on a concrete slab for flatter sites.

Unlike transportable or kit homes, every Milford Homes home is built on site using efficient construction methods that keep build times from around four to six months. Our flexible designs are just the beginning, clients are welcomed to make changes, whether that’s adjusting the layout, adding personal touches or personalising spaces to better suit their lifestyle. Our homes are perfectly suited to country, coastal, and metro environments, with customised layouts that ensure our clients get exactly what they want without compromise.

Our Country and Metro Style Home Designs In Regional and urban WA

Our designs suit large open spaces as well as contemporary suburban spots. They naturally create an easy flow from inside your home to the outside living areas which ensures they will suit your property and bring in the feel you’ve been searching for.
