Milford Homes has been building homes throughout Australia since 1977. Moving our focus to Western Australia in 1987, we have been building quality homes on all kinds of properties throughout WA ever since. With our priority being to provide designs of homes that suit both rural and urban landscapes, combined with our boundless knowledge of building on both timber stumped and concrete slab foundations, we ensure we meet the desires of our clients, work with their vision and make the sometimes tricky requirements of all property types a breeze.
Milford Homes may present as a new player in the home building industry of WA, though the only things new about us are our fresh designs and showroom location. As we always have, Milford Homes continues to take any pain out of building and refine tradition through our style of homes.
While there would likely not be a property type that Milford Homes has not encountered in WA, we understand that every one of our clients is an individual and that no particular home design will suit everyone and their property. It is for this reason that we can and are happy to customise all of our designs to suit individual needs and requirements or, start with a complete custom design. Be assured that even though you may be changing something in a standard design or starting with your own design that you will not pay “variation” fees. We will simply go through the design process with you in bringing together a home that suits YOUR lifestyle and keep you informed of accurate pricing throughout.
