The main wall they were hitting when considering building options was the exorbitant cost of excessive earthworks.

With a fall of land of approximately 3.5m over the build area, earthworks costs would stack up quick, not to mention in our opinion, detract from the finished result.

Choosing the “Tropics Highline” design was easy for our clients and now being able to build the home on poles, they were confident in the massive financial savings they would achieve.

The finished home now sits on top of the property and takes in views from all angles. Our clients have been able to use the space under the home, save incredibly on earthworks, and build a home that only complements its surroundings.
