The brief we received from the clients for this home design was maximum use of land with a modern twist.

The photos of this home were taken very recently, though construction was completed by Milford Homes approximately 15 years ago, which we believe, is a testament to the quality of construction and materials used.

Being a two-storey home and with our clients planning for retirement, the challenge was to create a home where all facets of it could be enjoyed now and long into the future.

Bringing in ensuites and secondary bathrooms to each level, aswell as a kitchenette upstairs, created the flexibility requested.
