The clients we built this home for came to us owning a property that for some, could create some logistical problems. 

While not too far out of the Perth metropolitan area, the build site itself was approximately a 10 minute drive off sealed roads, over dirt tracks.  Understandably, our clients knew exactly where they had to build as views across the property could be seen in all directions. 

Our clients were set on building the “Hinterland Outlook” design of home.  With its three sections of high raking ceilings that each lead out to decked living spaces, it was the perfect design to capitalise on all the property has to offer. 

With this, and all of our houses, being timber framed and fully built on site, not pre-fabricated, it meant that the location caused no issue and works were consistent and smooth until handover of the home.
