With a property that started off looking like something resembling a limestone quarry, a multi-level, ultra-modern and functional home design soon came to life.

Building this standout home on poles that adjusted with the contours of the land allowed Milford Homes to cut earthworks down dramatically for its clients, while maximising the use space, and being on a strata property on Blackwall Reach Parade made this imperative.

The pole construction allowed the home to be built closely to the limestone cliffs and even bring sections of it inside the home by creating a wine cellar with one of the cliff faces becoming one of its walls.

All in all, an amazing result at nowhere near the expected costs.
