With the recent State and Federal Government Home Building Grants you can save up to $55,000* on your new Milford Homes development.

$45,000* for eligible non-first home buyers (WA State and Federal Government grants).
$20,000* for investors (WA State Government grant).
$10,000* First Home Owner Grant (WA state Government grant).

$25k Federal HomeBuilder Grant

Singles earing less than $125k p.a
Couples earning less than $200k combined p.a.
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must be over the age of 18
Contracts must be signed and executed between 4th June 2020 and 31st December 2020.
Home & land or home value cannot exceed $750,000.
Must not be an investment buyer or owner builder.

$20k WA State Building Bonus

Must be over the age of 18
Must be an Australian Citizen
Contracts must be signed to begin between 4th June & 31st December 2020.
You must build a new home

$10k WA First Home Owners Grant

Owner Occupiers
You must be aged 18 or over
Haven’t previoulsy received the grant.
Haven’t owned a residential property on or after 1st July 2000.

I'm not an Australian Citizen.

Unfortunately you won’t be eligible for the WA State Governments Building Bonus or the Federal Governments HomeBuilder grants.

You may still be eligible for the WA State Governments First Home Owners Grant and First Home Owner Rate of Duty.
