Our clients came to Milford Homes with a few main requests. Having lots of family all around the world that visited often, they needed multi-zones of living spaces and bedrooms with their own ensuites to provide privacy for all under the roof when needed.

Being so close to the coast they wanted to soak in as much of the views they possibly could. And lastly, they just loved the classic barn style of home.

What Milford Homes created for its clients was a two-storey home with open-space living areas, plenty of bedrooms and a loft space above the second storey that not only takes in the views from it’s third storey, but has an open internal balcony that looks over the living space below and creates the classic barn shape our clients were after.
